Welcome

Hello, my name is Vince. I am a fully qualified MBACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist offering face-to-face, telephone & online therapy sessions in London, Colchester & Clacton-on-Sea areas in Essex. Being a member of the BACP means I work professionally to an ethical framework and will always put my clients first. I have regular supervision, am fully insured and have an enhanced DBS certificate.

Why I chose to become a counsellor

I began my counselling training in 2017 because I wanted to make a difference by helping others explore difficult and sometimes painful issues they may be facing.

Experience

I was a volunteer counsellor for two years at Colchester Institute Counselling Service working with clients from different backgrounds who presented with a wide range of issues. This was an invaluable part of my 3 year training at the institutes' university centre. I qualified with a diploma and BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy.

Therapeutic relationship

I value every client as a unique individual and appreciate that they can reach their full potential. Building a good therapeutic relationship is an important part of the therapy process with the client being gently encouraged to reconnect with their inner values and self-worth.

Private Practice

My private practice welcomes you into a safe, confidential space without judgement where you can discuss anything that is weighing on your mind. As well as face-to-face, therapy sessions can be facilitated online or by telephone.

How to Proceed

Please email me with your contact details so we can arrange a mutually convenient time for a free 10-minute telephone call to discuss your needs and to find out if counselling is right for you. We offer short-term and long term therapy. If you are happy to proceed our first session will be an assessment, during which time we can discuss future bookings.
